Solusinya mudah, ada di http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#smtp_pix_workarounds, anda cukup menambahkan

smtp_pix_workarounds = disable_esmtp delay_dotcrlf

di /etc/postfix/main.cf anda. Dan restart postfix anda.
